Santa Cruz Catering is ...
Santa Cruz Catering was founded in 2003 by Chef Michael Rendon. An
honor graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
Michael
earned a degree
in the esteemed Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts and went on to work at several
notable establishments in the Bay Area and Santa Cruz.
Drawing upon his
personal experience in Asian-Fusion, Classic French, Italian and California
Comfort cuisines Chef Michael developed his own style which combines classic
French techniques with ingredients from around the globe. "World
Cuisine" would best describe what Santa Cruz Catering has to offer. From
Lebanese to Chinese and beyond, We welcome you, and invite you to
explore with us on our culinary journey.
Santa Cruz Catering believes in
sustainable practices and participates in the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood
Watch program.
We love seafood ! We also understand that our
resources are not limitless. Do your part to conserve our environment while
enjoying the bounty of our oceans.
